Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
You may cancel your order at any time before shipment by contacting [email protected]. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your NEXOHERO gaming desk. You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no restocking fees, no questions asked. Simply contact us at [email protected] to start your return.
Return shipping is free for all returns within the 30-day window. We will arrange a freight carrier to pick up the desk from your location. You do not need to source packaging or pallets — our carrier handles everything.
Return Conditions
- Items should be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
- Normal assembly/disassembly is expected — no professional disassembly required.
- We provide return packaging materials if original packaging is no longer available.
Defective Items & Damage Claims
If your product arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Defective Products: NEXOHERO covers all return and replacement shipping costs. Choose between a full refund or a free replacement shipped immediately.
- Shipping Damage: We'll file the carrier claim on your behalf. Please retain packaging until the claim is resolved — we'll guide you through the process.
Product Warranty
Every NEXOHERO gaming desk is backed by our warranty:
- Frame & Structure: 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects
- Motor & Electronics: 3-year warranty
- Desktop Surface: 2-year warranty against delamination and defects
Our desks are EVT 39-test certified for durability — we stand behind our engineering.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Timing to appear in your account:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days, contact [email protected] and we'll provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for your bank to trace.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom-configured desks (non-standard sizes, custom finishes)
- Gift cards
Exchange Policy
Need a different model? We'll process it as a return + new order to ensure the fastest turnaround. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll coordinate both shipments to minimize your downtime.
Gift Orders
- Refunds are issued to the original purchaser (gift giver).
- At the purchaser's request, refunds can be converted to NEXOHERO store credit for the recipient.
