Domestic Shipping Only (48 Contiguous States)
NEXOHERO currently ships exclusively within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and fulfillment. As a specialized manufacturer of heavy-duty quad-leg gaming desks, each unit undergoes quality inspection and industrial-grade packaging to ensure safe transit. We are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible while maintaining our structural integrity standards.
Shipping Method & Timeframe
All NEXOHERO gaming desks ship via FedEx/Freight/LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers due to weight and dimensions.
- Standard Delivery: 2-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your distance from our New Jersey warehouse
- Delivery Type: Curbside Delivery (see details below)
- Residential Delivery: Includes Liftgate Service (hydraulic lowering to ground level) at no additional charge
Important Delivery Terms for Heavy Freight:
Curbside Delivery: The carrier will deliver your gaming desk to the curb of your shipping address. This service does not include inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, or debris removal. You are responsible for transporting the item from the curb to your desired location. We recommend having assistance available for unboxing and assembly (individual packages typically exceed 100 lbs).
White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade): If available in your area, this service includes inside delivery, unpacking, and placement in your room of choice. Contact [email protected] before ordering to inquire about availability and pricing for your zip code.
Appointment Required: The freight carrier will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment within a 4-hour window. Someone aged 18+ must be present to sign for the delivery.
Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items:
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items immediately and ship the remaining items separately once they become available. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your PRO Number (freight tracking ID) and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier's system.
Freight tracking differs from standard parcel tracking: Updates occur less frequently, and your shipment may display "In Transit" for extended periods while moving between freight terminals.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. Due to the nature of freight shipping, once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address or reroute the shipment. Freight carriers charge significant fees (150-300) for address corrections or re-delivery attempts.
Please verify your address carefully at checkout. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, contact [email protected] immediately. We have a very narrow window (2-4 hours after order placement) to correct addresses before the order enters the freight pipeline.
Inspection Upon Delivery (Critical):
You must inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
- If you notice visible damage to the exterior (crushed corners, punctures, tears), note "Possible Concealed Damage" on the driver's delivery receipt before signing, and photograph the damage.
- You have 48 hours after delivery to report concealed damage (damage found after opening) by contacting [email protected] with photos.
- Failure to document external damage at delivery may void your claim with the carrier.
Return Shipping:
As outlined in our Refund Policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For freight returns, you must arrange pickup and provide tracking. NEXOHERO does not cover return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.
Lost or Damaged Freight:
NEXOHERO is not responsible for lost packages once the carrier has taken possession (though freight loss is rare). If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your item:
1. Check your property, neighbors, and leasing office
2. Contact the freight carrier directly using your PRO Number
3. If unresolved after 24 hours, contact [email protected] with your order number and carrier case number
For damage claims, we will work directly with the carrier on your behalf once you provide required photographic documentation taken at the time of delivery.
Shipping Exceptions:
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Severe weather, natural disasters, or pandemics
- Carrier operational delays
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Failure to schedule or be present for the delivery appointment (redelivery fees may apply)
